30 DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days following the date of purchase of the product, to report defective or reception of a different product from the one you ordered on insulationfasteners.ca website. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts.

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged or when a different product than what you ordered was incorrectly sent to you. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@insulationfasteners.ca with details of the product and the defect.  

Upon receipt of the returned product, insulationfasteners.ca will examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, the result of the product review.

Insulationfasteners.ca will assume all return shipping costs that it has authorized following the review of the damaged product or an error on the product delivered.
