Description
The MPF-114 has been designed to fasten insulation panels and wire mesh.
Made of galvanized steel for corrosion protection.
Can also be used to fasten kerdi-board panels to wood frames or metal structure for heating floor installations. The tabs penetrate the board surface and hold them in place during installation.
Easy to install, the MPF-114 can be screwed or nailed allowing free use of your hands. The 4 tabs of the MPF-114 increase panel stability.
Convenient for multiple substrates, like:
- Metal lath
- Hard coat EIFS
- Rigid foam insulation
Properties :
- 1 1/4″ diameter steel plate .023″ to .025″ gage
- Cavities allow exterior, base coating to bond to disk face
- Tabs stick into insulation surface, allowing free use of the hands during fastening application
- Tabs resist disk rotation while screw is seating into disk face
- Galvanised
- 1.01 mil multi-process base and top coat, of galvanised resin, double dipped and twice baked Silver 17 flow-coat exterior protective coating
